THEY started in 2014. And have a pretty solid fall social calendar

Irrelevant houses fulll of goobers will try and defame them. Phi psi is a top house on the rise that has great guys and you'll seenitnat rush. Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 1.0 How is it even a competition between Theta Xi and Phi Psi, Theta Xi has a pool and has girls in bikinis over all the time. Phi Psi has a nice house but you don't get to do roof jumps into a pool with girls in their underwear.
