Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.8 Okay let me first start by saying when I came to UCLA Beta was not top tier. But it's like they keep catching these breaks with their pledge classes and are on a fast rise to top tier, which I honestly think they have reached. I love the guys in ZBT and Sig Ep, and Beta has somehow found their way into those ranks. All I think needs to change is the creepy few guys in the house who seclude themselves from everyone. They have really fun parties but certain upstairs rooms always seem to be just separate guys not wanting to socialize (I.e. the Betas that I met when I came to UCLA so hopefully they'll be gone soon and we'll all see a better Beta.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.3 Beta used to be a pretty mid-low tier house but a lot of their new guys are cute and their parties are super fun! Plus they're nice guys. Definitely a house on the rise.

Their parties are always really fun and the guys aren't douches. Normal and a lot of attractive guys. Probably a top 5 house after SAE, ZBT and Sig Ep
