They have the most RAID events per quarter by tenfold (2-3 per week), their dues are less than a lot of houses, they dont take themselves too seriously and they have events with all the "top" (whatever that means) houses multiple times per quarter if you care about that. Overall really strong and the 2023 PC is a really normal, cool group.
