Great girls, fun house, some are gorgeous, but a fair share of them are average. The negativitys too harsh, even for kappa. Hot pledge class 10 kept them in top 4. Everything can change after rush.

come on, lets be real, pi phi is a top tier house, and not comparable to tri delt/kd in any way shape or form.
