This is my ranking and you can argue and I don't care. This is how I see it and I'm a senior who pledged the top fraternity my freeman year, so I know a lot. Here is is:
1) AXO
2) ZTA
3) Gamma Phi Beta
4) Delta Zeta
5) ADPI
6) Sigma Kappa

1. Gamma Phi
2. ADPi
3. AXO
4. ZTA

In no reality will DZ ever be 4th on campus. ZTA has had some improvements but is not even close to 2nd. If you agree with that rating then your either A) a ZTA or DZ B) Just really oblivious or C) Don't even go to CSUF

How did AXO deserve the top honors? Academic standings ? Nope

The top 3 is AXO, ADPi, and Gamma Phi. Not that is can't change but for now this is how it stands. ZTA was basically the bottom house(besides delta zeta) and now they are moving up and in some opinions past SK. They could be an up and coming top house in the future but for now they are nowhere close to AXO, ADPi, or GPhi

You are wrong. That isn't even close. Yes. AXO is top house but ADPI and GPhiB are not strong. Sorry but true.
