Primary spring recruitment

I remember reading on the panhellenic website that spring recruitment would be formal but if dz and axo are having people fill out recruitment interest forms does it mean that they are doing cob and the other sororities are doing formal?

It’s all virtual COB again. All chapters can recruit but some may only be able to take like 7 new members.
