Rushing in the spring

Are you allowed to go through formal recruitment in the spring if you declined a bid from a sorority this semester?

School is virtual for spring as well so it will be virtual recruitment again

Yes, you can! It will probably be virtual, but it will be structured and in a much different format than this semester.

No you will not be able to accept a Spring bid from any chapter if you turned down another bid for a year.

Chapter total will not change in Spring, so the likelihood of a chapter accepting more is very very low.

Best and smartest plan would be to reach out to the sorority Instagram pages and meet the chapters who still have room. You will be pleasantly surprised!

I’m pretty sure since it was informal recruitment that you should be allowed to go thru rush in the spring. If it was formal recruitment then you wouldn’t be allowed to until next fall.
