going to pref = a bid?

if you’re going to sororities zoom preference ceremony’s is that safe to say that you’ll probably get a bid from them?

tbh i think a lot of the houses invited back more then 33-40 girls incase some pick another house

Nothing's guaranteed. Most chapters are only taking 30-40 girls but can be preffing around double of that. If you're not in their top 30 choices (or whatever their bid number is) and their top 30 accept their bids, you'll be out of luck.
