Bid day PSA!!!!!

this is so true ladies!! if there is a house you clicked with, then go for that house. even the best sororities get completely bashed on because of jealously or yeah, just to start drama. the fact that there are no consequences for saying rude things anonymously is was makes this toxic. go with what your heart desires!! even if it’s not someone else’s favorite, it’s your favorite and that’s all that matters!!

Emphasis on not choosing based on reputation! If you really want to find your place in this community you shouldn’t have a house’s “rank” be considered in your decision making process. Pretending that you love a house just because you want to be in a “top” house will only hurt you in the end when you realize you aren’t a good fit, and you’ll possibly hurt other PNM’s who want to be in that sorority for the right reasons. Once you join the right chapter for YOU, you won’t even think about rankings anymore anyway

it’s really nice to see a post like this because it’s so true, esp after a couple weeks of drama!! remember that this needs to be a solo decision & should not based off what your friends want/think, almost every girl is friends w girls in other chapters so don’t worry about your friends bc you’ll make amazing friends that’ll turn into your sisters :)
