is adpi a top house at csuf? and if so, what makes them top?

they’re 10/10 the most well-rounded chapter so yeah they could be considered top. they’re super involved, some girls are really pretty and others are just avg. & seem to have a good sisterhood & everybody knows they go hard during greek week. most people really like them

seems like everyone is saying top houses are adpi axo and gphi and everyone has different opinions about who is what rank. sk and zta are not “top” houses and everyone has there own opinion of whether sk or zta is better. DZ is the worst rated house and the least favorable among pnms so bottom house

yeah i would probably consider axo and adpi a top house? gphi too but they’ve been falling lately

Top: axo and adpi
Mid: gphi zta sk
Bottom: dz

Some people say gphi is top and axo is mid because axo doesn’t get along with other sororities but all frats like them
