getting dropped from axo & gphi
by: pnmmmmwhy do axo and gphi normally drop girls??? just wondering. is it looks? personality?

As i'm sure you can tell from all these discussion posts, axo definitely cuts based on looks as their #1 factor before personality (70% looks/30% personality). Looks are somewhat a factor for gphi but they're more "lenient" on it since i've noticed a decent variety of race and body types within their chapter in the more recent years. I would say they look for pnms' personalities and how well they click with the actives they talk to (50% looks/50% personality).

forgot to add: grades will be the very first factor that determines if you get dropped or not. no matter how pretty they think you are or how much they liked talking to you during the open rounds, if you don't meet their minimum grade requirement you'll get dropped. this is the same for all chapters though
