top and bottom houses?

I think they are top for different reasons. Axo has been top house for a while and they are known to be “popular” and “hot” and they have the highest gpa out of all the sororities. Axo does have controversies though and are known for not being so nice. Adpi is top because they are extremely well rounded. They have pretty girls, diverse, well-liked by other sororities and involved. Both are favorites between the frats.

I don’t think zta and sk are hard to rank. Zta and sk are definitely mid.This person probably said that because there is drama going on between them and sk only recently became mid in the last year or so (used to be bottom)

I agree, the girls aren’t having a good recruitment and like I said, are controversial. They advertise having the highest gpa on Instagram so that’s why I said that. Although they are falling, they have been top house for years so it’s going to be hard for them to just fall off completely

In terms of desirability (I’m basing this off of my experience going through formal recruitment twice. I can’t say if things changed for COB since you can’t really tell how many girls signed up to rush for which other sororities and all):
TOP:
AXO & GPhi (Whether you guys like them or hate them or whatever it is, most if not all PNMs always want either of these two the most since they’re considered the “popular & hot” sororities and they recruit really well. If you personally don’t like them that’s fine, but it doesn’t change the fact that they’re always top 2 when it comes to being sought after.)
UPPER MID:
ADPi (Also always a popular choice by PNMs and they always have good pledge classes as well. They follow in closely behind the top 2. They could honestly be listed as top as well just some girls come in solely wanting only AXO or GPhi)
MID:
ZTA (I know there’s weird drama between them and SK right now or whatever but that’s not what I’m concerned about. Both times that I rushed, most girls listed ZTA in their top 4 choices after day 1, with the 3 that I listed above. They have more cute girls that recruit relatively well so PNMs seem to be more attracted to them during recruitment.)
LOWER MID:
SK (They’re still a solid sorority so I wouldn’t consider them bottom tier. In my experience, SK just comes across as a little bit awkward since they’re not the best recruiters so they don’t click with as many PNMs + many girls are more attracted to the superficial factors and SK has less cute girls, which resulted in them being listed second to last. In many instances, girls only got SK on the second day because one of their top 4 choices dropped them. I’m sure that wasn’t the case 100% of the time though.)
BOTTOM:
DZ (Stereotypical sorority girls rushing + not your typical sorority girls recruiting = not desired. They’re nice but a super small chapter and they can come across as awkward and weird. As I mentioned before, a lot of PNMs base their choices on superficial factors first and DZ just isn’t what they’re looking for.)

In my opinion, I feel like this would’ve been true like 3 years ago. Sk zta and gphi are mid and axo/adpi are top. Dz is bottom

Axo is obvious first choice. They may be mean but they have the nicest mixers and get into all the parties. Gphi and adpi are kind of even but personally I like adpi more it just depends on you. Zta and sk are mid. I heard sk and axo were the top houses rushed last year so I don’t get the whole “no one wants sk” because people do it’s just not my first choice. DZ is obviously bottom.

senior here, 4th year in greek life. gphi also has fun mixers with top frats and are invited to all the parties (not that it matters since they let basically everyone greek in but if we’re talking more exclusive parties then gphi also gets into those) they’re more on the same level of axo than adpi. i don’t know where you heard that info but if you think sk was one of the “top houses rushed” over adpi or gphi you’re out of your mind. sk had a decent pledge class but the top 3 did best like they always do.

Looks like someone got dropped from gphi. Or is it an axo who's bitter that people are finally seeing through them and think adpi's top and gphi's either equal to axo or higher? You might want to change your nickname from commenting on axo's review where you tried to drag sk and gphi down before you try to accuse other chapters of it :)
