Sorority Houses

Are all sorority members allowed to come visit the house whenever they want outside of meetings/events or can only the actual house girls go to and from the house? Do members tend to hang out at their house a lot? Are only house girls allowed to eat the food/drinks provided there too? (Ik these are kinda weird questions i'm just curious about what the etiquette is like since CSUF's a commuter school and there's not a ton of girls living in the houses)
