will it be hard to get a bid from gphi or axo if you’re a junior transfer?

Literally no. Just go on their website and find out what their “values” are and talk about how you fit in with those “values” during recruitment. Thats what they rank you off of. And look pretty. I would put gphi as your first choice. I had an awful experience with AXO

Can anyone else confirm that how you fit into a certain chapter’s values is what they mainly rank you off of? I’m rushing for the second time and would like to make a good impression since my first try didn’t go so well.

A lot of ppl probably won’t admit it, because pnms are not supposed to know that you are being ranked, but yeah thats what they rank you off of
