after you pledge, is it possible for someone not to be initiated?

If youre a pledge, that means youre IN the sorority and you will eventually get initiated with the rest of your pledge class. In all honesty, basically the only way to not get initiated is if you do something drastically terrible and end up getting kicked out (which never happens)
