DZ legit has the nicest house- super modern. No one can argue that
ADPi has a dope modern one too but it’s small af
ZTA is mansion

GPhi and AXO have nice ones, big, but they don’t really have anything in them? At least the other sororities have huge couches/hang out rooms. These two are legit just cramped living areas with a courtyard in the middle

I’ve never seen GPHis but I’ve gotten a house tour at AXO for their philanthropy event and at their open house (my best friends are in axo) and they have 3 living rooms and 3 separate houses so it’s pretty big and not cramped
