Delta Chi/ Barn- dchi and barn are the only frats that actually throw big parties. dchi guys are the best looking imo. Both did really good recruiting
Pike- their parties are kickbacks, they have a bunch of people in their frat that are weird, they just don’t go to the parties. Also some cute guys tho
Pikapp- decent parties, cool guys, just a small group.
Phi sig- the new pledge class is alright but the rest of the guys guys are super awkward
Sigma pi- basically pike without parties, really nice guys \n\n\n\n\n

Somewhat right, but Pike and Dchi are on top. Barn hasn't been the same since either suspension and their last few recruitments classes have been weird...just not the same barn I first knew. Dchi throws larger parties and has good looking guys, even though they are into themselves more than chicks and pucker their lips in pictures lol, but all in all good looking. Pike has stepped it up in the last few years. They are definitely more social and have some good parties. They also have a lot of good looking guys who are more genuine, and feel they have had the better recruitments classes in the last few years; Just need a house. Suspension, like the barn, hurt Pi Kapp and will take awhile to get back. Phi Sig is low key and kinda sticks to themselves. Sigma Pi just tries wayyy to hard to be something they aren't and give bids to anyone that is willing to join them, which is usually the leftovers.
