by: appauledwow super late but just found out that gphi had to do continuous open bidding because that had too many pledges drop. In shock but they aren’t really that nice so I don’t blame the girls that dropped

continuous open bidding happened because panhellenic board gave all sororities a max # of bids they could give recruitment weekend, but the max # left gphi below their international quota because the senior class that graduated the previous spring was so big that the chapter was smaller than usual! don’t believe this hoopla. i heard they did have someone drop, but it was because the girl admitted she only joined to go to parties and she didn’t see a reason to pay to party. everyone in greek life knows sorority is so much more than that, but glad the pnm made a decision that best fits her
