So I was wondering why a couple of them have a huge drop out rate, and they might as well do spring Recruitment. I wish everyone was doing spring Recruitment though haha. Don’t reset your numbers just because you’re too lazy to plan out Recruitment.

Pretty much all the chapters have a number of members drop after fall recruitment. The campus makes an average number a chapter can have. Since there are 6 chapters, 3 of them are above that number and 3 are below. So only 3 are allowed to take new members in the spring to get up to that number.

The dropout rate varies from chapter to chapter. Sometimes it gets expensive, sometimes girls don't feel like they belong, sometimes girls realize sorority life isn't for them. It all varies! But it's not a laziness thing, formal recruitment is always in the fall.
