Ive been told their "frat house" is far af from campus so idk how much impact you can say it has on the fraternity. Plus, if you have crappy members then it doesn't matter if you have a house or not.

I guess it is in your definition of the quality of members-- their members are NOT CRAPPY and anyone who classifies them as such is probably someone who didn't get a bid or someone who is very jealous. They are doing everything a good fraternity should do to excel as an outstanding group---highest gpa--fundraisers for various charities--competitive in intermurals--and now a fraternity house that is a HOME and not an apartment house--they are no further from the campus than some of the sororities.

They had a strong start last year since winning Mr. AXO, but their new pledge class is overall disappointing. Most of the guys are try hards or weird, but there are a few studs.

Sigpi’s are whack. Most are socially awkward and only congregate within themselves. Parties are also really boring.

From an outsider perspective I say these guys are top notch in what you should be looking for in a Fraternity. Brotherhood is great, very respectful and open-minded, and still know how to have fun. Keep it up guys

These guys always go on about how they are top house but they got last in greek week.... ouch. Just because you have a cool house does not mean you are top house.
