Don't understand most of the hate, overall a really good experience. Yes, the chapter consists of a lot of dudes and some ghosts that disappear after initiation just to pay the fees but just that doesn't take away the fact that there are a lot of really cool dudes in this chapter that have a great brotherhood and hold each other accountable. Bids are not just based on looks but more on character and kids that are weird towards girls get dropped immediately without exception. CSUF Pike doesn't have an official house but still throw decent parties. Great fraternity, with a lot of social and smart heads.

It would be so helpful if these girls would : Be more considerate when parking cars in our neighborhood. ie leave parking spaces for residents and not leave cars parked for multiple days in front of homes Be more considerate with noise level when coming and going after 9 pm Notify neighbors when events with lots of noise and traffic will occur. Basically just be more considerate and respectful of those who live nearby Ty

never see them go out anymore. the older girls were fun and social but the newer girls seem hella shy and aren’t as involved. what a shame because these girls used to be top 3 but if this downward trend continues…

Cool ass frat. I’d place it any where from top tier middle to low tier top fraternity. The guys are hit or miss, parties go hard, and they all seem like genuine guys. I’d give this frat a solid 4 stars because some of the guys are hella cool.
