These women have a lot of growth ahead of them. Recruitment seems to be a front and really they always put up a good front around campus. Swear the motto is put a bow on it and it will be fine when actually things are not great. There have been too many drinking issues this year and they need to work on social media. Can someone call standards on a certain drunk with a special drunk name? It is sad though, because there are a few great women who are getting shadowed by the rest.

They have come a long way in the diversity category, but there is still a lot of judgement around. Proud of them for granting a wish this year, because before that they had not done much philanthropy wise.

Wish they would push themselves to be more than the sorority stereotype. Anything they put their mind to, they do an excellent job, but many times that is limited to being pretty and parties. I was impressed, by how strong they have been as a sisterhood after the death of one of their recent alums. They have a lot of potential.

Not judge mental, don't care what others look like they focus on personality which is more important. They may not all have the stereotypical hot bods, but they have the class and heart that any guy would love. Very involved on campus without the requirement to do it. Friendly to all.

O Pi Kapps. Love the newer guys and a few of the current seniors, but many have tried to fit into a fratty image that is forced. I love the ones that are down to earth and themselves. They use to do more for their philanthropy like Journey of Hope and Build America, but there haven't been as many participating. Also need to work on party image. Too many questionable situations have happened that could destroy them. They would do anything for each other though.
