I unfortunately thought I had found my home in chi o only to find out soon after bid day I found out about their actual values and "sisterhood". It's very clique-y within the house and lots of constant back stabbing

Some girls are sweet, others are on another level of rude and catty. The older girls seem more genuine and sincere than the girls they've recruited in the last few years.

I'm a sophomore at queens and have been able to view all of the sororities for a year. The girls in this chapter are all very nice and fun to be around! Definitely good girls.

Their sisterhood is as fake as it comes. I am in class with 2 girls who are constantly bad mouthing one of their other sisters who sits across the room, and other members of their sorority. One of the girls I sit by texts me about how much she hates the girl she sits by, and acts like best friends with. I don't know a lot about the sororities on this campus because I transferred and my sorority isn't chartered at Queens, but I know if I could rush again I would not choose to be apart of this "sisterhood". Ladies!! If you're going to talk badly of one another at least keep it in private settings... I have secondhand embarrassment for all of you.

As a recent alum, it is obvious there is a lot of competition going on before recruitment which is resulting in unnecessary negative comments against each other. This is an awesome group of young ladies who care about each other and are very active on campus. If you are going through recruitment, be sure to have meaningful conversations in each house to really get to know the sisters, and follow your heart. Yes it is competitive but let's remember Greek unity!
