Would I get into a top tier fraternity if I rushed as a junior?

It's not even that uncommon. I know kappa sig, psi u, sip ep, and pi kapp have all taken juniors in the last couple years. If anything, your time would give you an edge on social connections.

Your chances are lower but I wouldn't call it out of the question. Just keep an open mind going into rush
