okay true rumor or false rumor?

I heard a rumor that the Phi Mu house was haunted and that some lady died in it when it used to be an apartment. Is this true?

Some of the phi mu's think its haunted because they get banged out by frat boys in their rooms, and because they aren't supposed to have guys spend the night, they sneak them out. The tip toeing frat dude is mistaken for the ghost.

well Phi Mus are just empty shells of people devoid of personality anyway, so they're technically all ghosts
