everyone hates sigep, not just pikap. its because they think that they are better than others and try to uphold it by running their mouths and ratting people out. sigep doesnt steal at all from pikapp, or really from other fraternities. only a very specific personality goes sigep.

Quality over quantity. Its takes more to become a brother of a real fraternity like pi kapp. Tbh greek life at cnu is what it is and threads like these only foster more hatred between fraternities. I have good friends in both of them so lets be adults about this and recognize each others differences and stop commenting on this thread.

There are traditional chapters of SigEp at other schools who have pledge processes, it's the Balanced Man chapters of SigEp, like this chapter at CNU that doesn't have much of a pledge process. Fraternities like PiKapp have a pledge process, and the two organizations generally don't see eye to eye on things because of their major differences. I'm friends with guys in both organizations.

There is a rivalry because SigEp calls itself the best frat on campus and they dont qualify as a frat. Pikapp is very fratty and are what they call themselves. Pikapp>SigEp posers.
