As a whole,the girls in APhi are smart, resourceful, talented, friendly, and yes, beautiful. Sisterhood means family, and everyone should be considered and included. It seems that the spotlight is frequently shining on the same few groups of girls, and opportunities are given to favorites. Be genuine, especially to each other.
