ok maybe a fun group of guys when you're just getting into college but they do not know how to mature and just prey on freshmen girls. if they changed that aspect then maybe they would be respected.

overall I think they're an ok organization. nothing really stands out though. I feel like they aren't really involved and I don't see their sisterhood around campus. I've met some really nice ADPis but the bad ones that I've met stick out way more than the nice ones.

Maybe it's just me but I have only had bad experiences with phi mu's. I might just not have met the right ones or I met them at bad times but they have always been very rude and dismissive towards me.

I really think that g phi is one of the top organizations here on campus. All of the girls are incredibly sweet and they have a really strong sisterhood. They always are hanging out with one another which some people may say is cliquey but at least the sisters like each other. The sisters themselves are really involved on campus and though best dance crew is really their only event. That's still a really big event for them to put on, it the biggest Greek event on campus

they drop SO MANY GIRLS on the first day of recruitment and are way too selective from the beginning. then they end up having to do extra recruitment because they don't make numbers... need a strategy change
