The only real criticism I have for g phi's is that I wish they were more involved in campus. They're all super committed to their sisterhood and philanthropy which is amazing, but none of my other clubs have any g phi's in them.

Why are they so high up in the rankings? They have to always do extra recruitment events because not enough girls rush them. Confused as to why they're considered top tier

The door holding they did on Labor Day was so sweet! And they were handing out candy at the beginning but they had so many people come up to them that they ran out. Definitely some of the sweetest girls I met!

they drop SO MANY GIRLS on the first day of recruitment and are way too selective from the beginning. then they end up having to do extra recruitment because they don't make numbers... need a strategy change
