Doing really well this year with recruitment. Their Fall Bid Day seemed so fun. Fun girls. Very involved in all Greek Life. They don't keep solely within Phi Mu, they have many friends in other organizations.

Still good.. but man did they start declining fast when their seniors from last year graduated. I hope they can find something to make sure they don't just completely collapse. I feel like the guys aren't that social anymore either. Get it together and good luck gentlemen!

They are filled with great girls and ruined by one clique of b-words who ruin everything. I am in another org but close with a Phi Mu who feels like her chapter has 9/10 great sisters and 10% rude bullies that want nothing to do with anyone but their own friends but still manage to take over everything. What a shame. You're only as strong as your worst members.

i have a few girls in alpha phi that i genuinely like...but a few bad apples spoil the bunch and in this case it's basically the entire organization. They are only nice to PNMs and that is until you go home to another organization or even if you join Alpha Phi. It's actually really sad because a lot of the girls don't know what they are getting themselves into when they join.

just awful. sorry girls. now that your top recruiters are gone as of last year, you seriously could not be slacking anymore. with all the panhellenic changes going on (i.e. no more open sisterhood events), it is clear that your chapter is suffering. your true colors are shining through now that you're actually being held to the same standard as others. other organizations are thriving even without OSEs, but y'all clearly don't have it in you. nice try but you'll always be at the bottom.
