Would drop the main house honestly. The idea of a mansion is cool, but it takes from the off campus house. Would be better if nationals built something. Then CNU wouldn’t have an RA in the dang house. Not as big of a problem for the sororities.

Gentleman’s fraternity reputation on campus. Very down to earth. Somewhat of a mixed bag on looks but there’s a big chunk of ultra attractive ones. If you are rushing them though, I’d say only your looks matter to you (for you with us girls lol), and it’s probably good a brotherhood isnt shopping their membership off looks. Tight brotherhood and less guys looking to play “dress up” like some Greek orgs can be.
