need help choosing the right fraternity

I will be an incoming freshmen at Texas Tech and want to join a fraternity, the only problem is I want to join a top tier fraternity with some African American members in it. I do not want to join an all black fraternity because of the simple fact I don't know how to dance and my whole life i've been considered an Oreo. Any suggestions?
