I agree with everything you are saying except follow actives. I would find it creepy to meet some random thru rush who was following me.

DO NOT FOLLOW ACTIVES. We are not allowed to accept or follow back, Panhellenic is getting really strict on contact with PNMs. If you already follow them that's fine, but do not follow new ones. At most, follow the chapters accounts.
