transferring

I'm transferring to Tech this summer so I can knock out some classes and get used to the lubbock area before the fall semester starts. The catholic university that I'm leaving doesn't allow a greek system, so I really want to rush at Tech when the fall 2016 semester comes around. The only problem is that i'll be 21 shortly after the fall semester starts and i feel like that would make it even more difficult to get any bids, even though i still have three years of school left. Any thoughts on that?
