rushing spring 2016

I'm looking to rush as a sophomore in the spring, only problem is that I don't have the beeest gpa. I'm super involved, out-going, and a hard worker though! I just hated my major the 1st year, but I've finally switched majors and love it! Am I likely to get looked over or will some of the spring houses still maybe give me an invite?

I would wait until the Fall to go through recruitment! Just keep on working on that GPA and let your achievements and personality speak for itself!

Great personalty goes a lot further in formal recruitment than in spring recruitment it seems like! A good GPA really, really helps out in the spring, anything below a 3.0 is more difficult to spring rush with. I would absolutely see how it plays out during spring rush but if it doesn't work out I would keep working on grades and do fall recruitment as a junior! Rushing as a junior is not easy, but absolutely possible if you have the personality and the GPA! Good luck!!
