Sig ep is close to top but definitely not top house, Fiji is. ATO is solid middle tier and SAE is in the top.

ATO is not top tier, Delt is top just because of their reputation, even though Safari was better than Recon.
Pike has failed to have any big name parties that other fraternities, even phi psi, have had
And KA is awful

This is an actual very realistic list and probably the closest one to being 100 percent correct compared to other lists

Top: Fiji, Phi Delt, Delt, SAE, SigEp(no particular order)

Middle: ATO, SNu, KA, Delta Sig, Phi Psi and Pike(no particular order)

Bottom: Delta Chi, TKE, Beta and everyone else

Phi Psi is god freaking awful, switch Delta Chi and Phi psi. KA pretty nearly got suspended this year, and Phi Delt has not done anything this year, I would not consider them top tier at all. I would consider Pike top tier but only because Phi Delt has not had a good year.
