pi phi rep at tech?

What is the reputation at Pi Phi girls at tech? I am torn between 3 colleges, all even in academics, and now it has come down to the sororitys. Me and my mom are really close, and I would love to be a Pi Phi like her, so what criteria do the Tech Pi Phis look for?

Most of the time, it's smart, pretty girls. You have to have an awesome gpa, outstanding rec letters (they'll cut you without one apparently), and a good personality. They are on top and they know it, so it you want in, you really have to impress them.
