Who is developing land for a house on Greek two?

From what I've been told Theta Chi and Lamda Chi for sure. SNU wants to sell house and land in Greek I and move to 2 or 3. And Delta Sig is making a push for money after they leave Beta house in May for Greek II. Who knows what's true. Every Frat is building a BIGGER HOUSE.
