Thank you! This has probably been one of the most helpful answers on here! Usually people get snappy and say "if they didn't let you in the first time, they won't let you in now". So I really appreciate a legit thought out answer!

I think this is true too even if it makes Zeta and Tri Delt upset, I think they're both still top houses, especially Tri Delt I think is the very solid 2nd house overall, but they do have a lot of drops because I think all the girls who love it are very much alike, it ends up not being the right fit for a lot of girls which just happens sometimes!!

They both aren't spring rushing.. Snap bidding doesn't equal spring rushing, it's literally part of the reason why people snap bid.. at the end of the day every chapter makes quota except for maybe the very bottom chapter, spring rush is a numbers game with drops basically. Tri Delt won't spring rush either. I don't know why people don't understand this, stop giving false info.

Neither are actually. They never do and almost all sororities give out snap bids every once in a while, just no one knows about it all the time

I am in one of said sororities and I can CONFIRM that we aren't, as for the other chapter I have no idea. I don't think it's embarrassing or bad to spring rush, I wouldn't mind picking up some good girls in the spring at all, however I would hate to have girls reading this get their heart set of any of these sororities to find they are NOT spring rushing. I don't know who you're getting this information from (if you are at all), but you need to remember this question was asked by someone who wanted real information, not someone with intention to bash other houses and make up rumors.

Is it okay to ask girls you know but aren't close with for help with spring rush? Like I know for formal you're not really supposed to talk to actives about it

I think that it varies on girl to girl! As of right now I think contacting a girl about help might most definitely come off as rude or off putting to some to assume that her sorority is spring rushing without knowing that her sorority actually is yet, because apparently it's a sensitive subject! So I would wait until things officially come out. But from there if I were spring rushing I would just ask girls who I were good friends with! But just be a little extra nice to the girls who you're not close with!

It all depends how you go about it. I would get a little closer with them now and then ask closer to December. Wait till the middle of November ATLEAST. There are no rules about contacting girls though! Spring rush is way more relaxed!
