Tri Delt is not in trouble, met quota, and had little or no drops. Very unlikely to spring rush. Kappa however didn't make quota and could possibly do spring rush. Haven't heard of any Zetas dropping but probably won't be enough to cause them to spring rush unless a lot of seniors graduate.

98% sure zeta is. They have already had a few drops and I know a few seniors graduating and transferring. Tri delt has only had 1 or 2 drops but I know for a fact are in trouble within the sorority. It's not public, but something happened a week or so ago that was never publicized. My roommate is a tri delt and I got to hear about it.

As many as possible. I would get started on that ASAP. If you have even one friend in a house, go hang out with her and get realllllllllly close. Hang out with her sisters. Then mention that because of these interactions you've become interested in sorority recruitment closer to the holidays.

Oh and if the house has any open events, go to all of those.

It helps if the house actually has room to take people in the spring. So you're mostly looking at the less stereotypically popular houses. But hey, sisterhood is sisterhood and it's priceless and you're going to have a great experience in any house.

Also don't be awkward about any of this. You need time to build a relationship so that you are actual friends and you can prove that you would be a good sister in the house.

Definitely also eat some humble pie and don't shoot too high on the popularity scale. There were reasons you were cut during formal rush. You're not going to get into a super popular house that only has 1-2 spaces in the spring and doesn't end up doing COB and is super popular during formal recruitment.
