I have Pike over phi Delt after seeing their house and going to their last tailgate, Fiji is top house until they are suspended in my book. Realistically it's a toss up between sae and pike for number 3, phi Delt is a close 4th

Obviously a pike wrote this, pike gave everyone who rushed a bid they had a pledge class of 75-80 guys. A lot of them are weird. There are some cool guys though. Mobutu they are defineitly not a top tier. There house is huge but it's quantity over quality with them
