more spring rush

Agreed! Don't bet on spring rush. There is no guarantee any sorority will participate in the spring. We are not big on spring rush here at Tech. Most houses usually always meet quota for the fall. But when it does happen, it's a different process and you usually have to have many connections in a house to get in. Also, Theta had a very successful recruitment this year, so I highly doubt they will participate.
Like Triwell said, you can always try AXiD or try again in the fall.

Great advice ladies!
I highly recommend rushing again in the fall. Despite what people say, I think
you can sometimes have a better rush as a sophomore than a freshman! If you work really hard this year in your classes and finish with a good GPA, then you will be able to maximize your options in the fall. Also, having connections helps with getting a bid! As a sophomore, you will have already met many girls at Tech and will probably have some friends in Greek Life.
Definitely try again in the Fall :)

I know you're trying to be supportive but you didn't answer the question. I know that you only spring rush if people drop and fall below chapter quota, so I was asking if that has happened to theta in recent years.

Theta had a really successful recruitment this fall, so no, they will not have a spring rush. And if you're a sophomore, have already rushed, and Theta didn't bid you, what makes you think they are going to take you now???
If you're still determined to be in a sorority, seriously open up your mind to other options. Because as of now, it looks like you've missed out on being a Theta. So seriously consider AXiD because you don't have many other options at this point!
You can always try other organizations too! There's more out there than Greek Life; it's not a good fit for everyone.

ChiO will not spring rush btw^^ which is why they had snap bids this recruitment, as for theta I have never heard of them spring rushing!

I think Theta will hold a special spring rush just for you. In fact, you should just show up at their house and explain how much easier it would be if they just took you now.
