Truth is that Techs Greek system is so strong that rankings and tiers are unnecessary and unproductive. Most of them are interchangeable in their tiers but everyone is so close that we shouldn't really care.
Top tier: 3 houses
Lower tier: 2 houses
Middle tier: everyone else.

Our middle tier houses would be top tier at any other campus. We should be thankful for the lower tier houses for giving their members a sisterhood and a place to call home. All the fighting for rankings just make us looks stupid. Let's give it a rest.
