cuts
by: PnmI know tonight (1st night) is grade cut, but will they cut for grades later on or are they just getting grades out of the way tonight?

Every house has their own way to cut. In some it may not matter if the 2 girls you talked to vote for you, some others it may. If there is a minimum grade requirement you may or may not get cut. Again depends on the house. And anyone here who is really a member is not going to tell you how their house does cuts.

it depends on the person. that's not an easy question to answer.
but if you're worried about grades and Alpha Phi, you are more than fine. APHI is not very concerned about grades......

PNM's are cut from every house every night. They have to reach certain numbers for Panhellenic and sometimes the cuts are brutal.
It's great that you love APhi but please keep your heart open to other houses.

Snap bids are only done if the house doesn't meet quota. Almost every house meets quota. The bigger houses don't snap bid. If you've been cut by a house you won't get a snap bid.
This is a hard day and getting cut hurts but please focus on the houses that invited you back! Tech Greek is strong and we want you to stay.

Please do not drop!!! You can't depend on snap bids at Tech. They are very rare. Worse case scenario, you can try for AXiD next week, but for now I really encourage you to complete the process. Focus on the houses on your list as if they are the only ones that exist. Give them a chance.
