The best advice I could possibly give is if you are not asked back by a house, it is NOT because we didn't think you were good enough or pretty enough or smart enough.
Every house wants all pnm's to be where they feel good and are happy, if we don't think you'll fit in, be comfortable, and get the best possible experience out of greek life in our house that is where the cuts happen.
I know that in the moment it doesn't seem this way, but cuts are made to ensure you get the house right for you where you'll be happy, because we want you to be happy.
