Does anyone have any tips on standing out (in a good way) during recruitment? I think most pnms know the basics, but is there any little things that could help make us memorable? I could not be more excited to visit all the houses, thanks so much!!

Just be yourself!!! Talk about what YOU bring to the table, your accomplishments, etc. Its your time to showcase yourself.
