TRI DELT- lots of blondes. mostly from more urban areas. typically dancers and cheerleaders. fun, cute, and love to party.
ZETA- very into looks. lots of makeup. very materialistic. also typically dancers and cheerleaders. like to party.
KAPPA- lots of blondes. high GPA in high school. usually have money. some urban, some rural. a little uptight.
A PHI- usually from more urban areas. most have money. into appearance and style. a little snobby. not very smart. love to party.
THETA& CHI O-very smart. Good GPAs. Driven. Don't see out much. Good sisterhood. Keeps to themselves. Some cute girls. Some alright looking ones.
AXO- outspoken. sociable. love to party. usually from more urban areas. lots of brunettes. Looks more important than resume/grades.
KD- genuine. philanthropic. diverse girls. studious. down to earth. some really cute girls, some not so cute.
DG-down to earth. Love to party. Philanthropic. Fun. More attractive on the inside.
ADPi-"bottom" house. Friendly.

Probably was based off last year.

But I'd have to agree! Based off rush week this year, I have noticed that a lot of the "middle" tier houses are being favored more by PNMs! Except for Pi Phi that is.
