kappa should be lower. a phi should be lower. and is chi o really better than axo and kd?

Some chapters are afraid to admit that KD and AXO have really shined the last two years and have moved up in ranks. It makes sense. Nothing lasts forever. Kudos to those chapters for the hard work to improve!
