in order, what is most important for a pnm to have?
looks, money, good gpa, fashionable, pretty, skinny, funny, outgoing

You have to be very good looking, or have very good grades, or have money.
Or all of the above. Also connections and rec letters are important! But this is kind of what every sorority looks for. Some sororities look at certain aspects more than others.

I could be completely wrong, but this is kind of how I see it:
ADPi - funny, outgoing, genuine
AXO - funny, outgoing, pretty
Alpha Phi - looks, skinny, pretty, fashionable
Chi O - grades, outgoing, funny
Tri Delta - looks, good gpa, money, outgoing
DG - funny, outgoing, genuine
KAO - grades, money, pretty
KD - funny, outgoing, genuine
Kappa - money, grades, outgoing
Pi Phi - grades, looks, outgoing (total package, really)
Zeta - looks, pretty, skinny, fashionable
These aren't listed to down any group or anything, different people place importance above other things and this list could be incorrect but it's just how I think it might be.
