Honestly I've always wondered & I guess now is a good a time as any to ask.

What makes a top tier sorority "top"?
and what makes the bottom sororities "bottom"?

To the public eye, it is how good they look that makes them top bottom and middle. Grades play a smaller factor. But great looks and grades is a "top tier" sorority to most people.
